CHANGE OF MIND:
If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached in a resalabale condition. If the item is damaged in any way the item will not be accepted upon return.
For a change of mind ONLINE you have within 10 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. Once your item has been returned to us and deemed to be in the condition according to our rules you will then be provided with an automated Store Credit to the email thats been provided to us. The GIFT CARD can sometimes land in JUNK/SPAM Inbox
Please email your concern to faashionize@gmail.com with your Order Number, Full Name & reason to return. Once applicable, a response will be made to notify you for rejection or approval.
For a change of mind INSTORE you have 10 days from purchase date to exchange your item. We strictly do not provide refunds. This is stated on the reciept upon a purchase.
