We do not allow returns/exchanges or store credits for reduced ( sale ) items
Email support faashionize@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" and include your order number, name and reason for exchange.
To check your eligibility for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email or item can be brought to our store location.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your credit note will be processed, and will
automatically be emailed to you.

Shipping: Customers are strongly recommended to to get a proof of postage (tracking number) when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Customers are responsible to pay for their own shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
