CHANGE OF MIND:
If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached in a resalabale condition. If the item is damaged in any way the item will not be accepted upon return.
For a change of mind, you have within 10 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with a store credit or exchange. If the item purchased is sold out then a store credit will automatically be sent via the email thats been used.
SALE ITEMS:
The change of mind policy will NOT apply to products that have been marked down from their orginial price
EXCHANGE:
Email support faashionize@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" and include your Order Number, Full Name and Reason for Exchange.
To check your eligibility for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email or the item can be brought to our store location. Once applicable an email will be sent to notify you that we have recieved your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

STORE CREDIT:
Once the store credit has been issued, it is to be used within 10 days.
SHIPPING:
Customers are strongly recommended to to get a proof of postage (tracking number) when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Customers are responsible to pay for their own shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
