Refund policy

Returns - INSTORE & ONLINE
Our store does not provide refunds under any circumstance unless the product is faulty upon inspection. A replacement will be offered if able to. Our policy lasts 10 Days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges - INSTORE ONLY (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

- You are applicable for an exchange or credit note for 10days from receiving date

- We do not Exchange / Return Body Dresses, Body tops, Hijabs, Bands or Tights due to sanitary reasons

Click & Collect
You have 10 days to exchange your item. This is only applicable from order date not Pick Up.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3/171 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW 2190, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
